About

I work where how a business runs meets the systems that help it.

I’m a technical implementation specialist. I start with how the work is actually done — who handles what, where information gets lost, which steps are repeated — and then deliver the system that fixes it.

Most recently I consolidated a consultancy’s scattered operational work into one central system with AI-assisted workflows. Before that I supported Zendesk implementations for client service teams at CX Experts, and moved a holiday-accommodation business from telephone reservations to online booking.

I turn loosely defined problems into clear requirements, deliver practical solutions and test them thoroughly before release.

How the work gets done

Who writes the code
On my projects, AI coding agents (mostly Claude Code) write much of the application code and automated tests. I set the scope, the data design, the rules the agents work under and the standard the tests must meet, and I verify the result before it ships.
How this site is tested
Every page and both Lab demos are covered by automated browser tests on desktop and mobile: navigation, the CRM’s data operations, the workflow outcomes, accessibility scans, keyboard use, reduced motion and the CV downloads.

Build with AI. Verify like an auditor.

AI coding agents do much of the building in my projects. What makes the result trustworthy is the requirements, rules and checks around them — and those are my job.

  1. 001

    Understand the business first

Who approves what, which document controls which step, where information is re-typed. The screens come after. How the work is done. Then the screens.

  2. 002

    Design the real thing

Working software with real states — empty, loading, error, no permission — not pictures of software.Every state, not a picture.

  3. 003

    People approve consequential actions

Automation prepares the work; a person approves anything that is sent, charged or published.Nothing sent without a yes.

  4. 004

    Test before release

Acceptance criteria written first, checked on real devices and real documents, and automated where it matters.Checked before it ships.
