Two working demonstrations built around the problems I solve at work: keeping a business’s records, pipeline and approvals in one place, and turning messy incoming requests into a consistent, human-approved process.

Orrery CRM
A CRM for a fictional interior fit-out studio: dashboard, contacts, pipeline, tasks and a proposal approval flow. Every change updates the whole system.
My part Specified the product, workflow rules and acceptance tests; directed the design and build with AI coding agents and verified every interaction.
Try this
- Create an opportunity and watch the dashboard figures change.
- Move a deal through the pipeline stages.
- Generate a proposal, then approve or reject it.
- Reset whenever you like.
Runs entirely in your browser. No real customers, no server, nothing is sent.

Enquiry automation
An incoming enquiry is classified, assigned an owner and given a proposed follow-up — and nothing happens until a person approves it.
My part Specified the process, the routing rules and the human review step; directed the build with AI coding agents and verified the outcomes.
Try this
- Pick a sample enquiry or write your own.
- Watch each step and the reason behind it.
- Approve, edit or reject the proposed action.
- Read the activity log of everything that happened.
A rules-based simulation: no AI model is called and no email is sent.

How the Lab is built
- Fictional throughout. Every company, person, price and message is invented for these demos. None is copied or adapted from a real business or client system.
- Your session only. Changes are stored in your browser and never leave it. There is no server, so other visitors never see your changes. Reset returns everything to the starting data.
- Nothing consequential happens. No emails are sent, nothing is charged and no AI model is called. Where a step would normally send something, it says so and stops.
- Tested like a product. Each demo has automated browser tests for its data operations and state changes, on desktop and mobile, including accessibility checks.
